You’ve chosen a design for your home from our selection of stock plans, and we’ve determined this plan will fit well on your lot. Now it’s time to talk about details – about any needs or desires you have that might lead us to alter our plans to accommodate the living aspirations of you and your family.
If your alterations are significant, such as the reconfiguration of rooms or a change in the exterior entrance of the home, your designer will provide you with sketches of your vision that must be approved before a hardline plan is created. Other details, including entryways, room sizes and layout, window placement and the general functionality of space, will be discussed before a final hardline plan is developed during this stage of the design.
Once the hardline plan is completed, it’s time to talk aesthetics. Choosing finishes, flooring, trim and colors is the fun part for some. But if you need a little help, Bungalow Homes maintains trusted relationships with area designers who can help ensure your choices enhance your home both in value and in livability.
Remember, the scope of your alterations will affect your final budget. So before any changes are made, Bungalow Homes will discuss with you the dollars and cents associated with them so your project remains on the right financial track.
